Muller Beukes Edvardsen (MBE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Long, an expert in financial reporting and project roles, to the position of Senior Actuarial Manager.
Rachel will be responsible for analysing and documenting IFRS 17 requirements to support and advise clients, bringing with her 10 years of experience in both financial reporting and project roles.
Rachel’s most recent roles saw her leading the Finance and Actuarial teams in launching a new innovative retirement product. Rachel has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
“Rachel’s breadth of experience would be an asset to any team. In the spirit of continuous improvement at MBE, we are all looking forward to learning from Rachel. Her unique skillset is a welcome addition to the MBE offering,” says Andries Beukes, Director of Actuarial Solutions.
