MBE Consulting ASSA 2025 Convention Competition Terms and Conditions
- The Competition is open to all ASSA 2025 Convention delegates aged 18 and over (proof of age may be required) between 5th and 6th November 2025. This excludes any person working (either as an employee or non-employee) for MBE Consulting and their immediate families and anyone living in their household.
- To enter the Prize Draw, you need to:
- complete the online entry form at ASSA 2025 competition entry form; or
- provide your business card at the MBE Consulting event stand.
- By submitting your business contact details you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and the confidentiality agreement and agree to be bound by them.
- There will be one winner of the Prize. The winner (the “Winner”) will be selected based on the Competition rules disclosed at the point of entry from all eligible entries received by 3PM on the 6th November.
- The Winner will be announced via the event messaging board on 6th November using the contact details supplied at the time of entry.
- If you agree, following the Competition MBE Consulting may publish your details such as your name in relation to winning the Competition, in:
- any MBE Consulting publications;
- any MBE Consulting websites; and
- promotional activities e.g. in online or written articles, email marketing and any social media accounts managed by MBE Consulting.
- Should you not wish to have your full name published please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and quoting ‘MBE Consulting ASSA 2025 Convention Competition’ if you are contacted as the Winner or as soon as possible thereafter.
- The Prize will be supplied to the Winner on the condition that; a) the Winner has provided MBE Consulting with a contact business email allowing them to be notified that they are the Winner in accordance with these terms and conditions; and b) meets all the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
- If the Winner does not meet the conditions in Clause 8 above, MBE Consulting reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to consider the Winner to have forfeited the Prize and to withdraw their Prize entitlement. In this circumstance, MBE Consulting reserves the right to select another Winner.
- MBE Consulting takes no responsibility for entries that are lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Any personal data that MBE Consulting collects in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with the MBE Consulting privacy policy (www.mbeconsulting.com/privacy-policy) and any relevant data protection legislation.
- MBE Consulting reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the Competition, the Prize or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, if this is necessary for any reason.
- The decision of MBE Consulting is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid and disqualified.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relative division of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
- The promoter of the Prize Draw is Muller Beukes Edvardsen South Africa (PTY) Limited, trading as MBE Consulting, with registration number 2016/010060/07, whose registered office is at Regus Business Centre, 1st floor Willowbridge Centre, Carl Cronje Drive, Tyger Valley, 7530, Cape Town, South Africa (“MBE Consulting”).
